In the Cave

In the Cave is an ocassional reflection designed to help us feel seen. Our guide will either be a philosopher who said something wise about how to think better or the opposite: an example of society’s harmful narratives. Topics include difficult emotions and our society’s rejection of them, freedom, loneliness, health and sickness, and how to stay on our own side.
